FriendList is a platform that allows users to create, share, and interact with AI characters. The service includes character creation, chat functionality, and community features.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.1. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all of your data from our service, including:

  • Your account information (username, email, etc.)
  • All AI characters you have created
  • All chat histories and messages
  • All uploaded images and files
  • Any other data associated with your account

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to proceed before deleting your account.

4. Content Guidelines

  • You retain ownership of any characters you create.
  • You must have the right to use any images you upload.
  • NSFW content must be properly tagged.
  • Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
    • Illegal content
    • Content that promotes harm or violence
    • Spam or malicious content

5. AI Character Interactions

The AI characters are powered by machine learning models and their responses are generated automatically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes chat histories, character data, and user account information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
